Kate Shindle has performed on Broadway in Cabaret, Jekyll and Hyde and most recently played Vivienne Kensington in Legally Blonde: The Musical. Shindle has also been in such films as The Stepford Wives, and Capote. Crowned as Miss America in 1998, Shindle is active in lobbying for the treatment and prevention of HIV/AIDS.
